The Moncrief Family - 24 Feb 2014

Tom (TCU) and Therese (UD) have two sons. Mr. Moncrief is a graduate of Texas Christian University and is active in commercial real estate leasing and development, particularly rehabilitating historic buildings, mainly in the Weatherford area. He is a car collector and is working on starting a car museum/restaurant in Weatherford.

They are standing with their 'Durangoneer'. It is a 1988 Jeep Wagoneer on a 04 Dodge Durango chassis. It is one of its kind and built by Popular Mechanics Magazine for the 07 SEMA show in Las Vegas.

Because of this interest in cars and his family's association with cancer research and treatment, and the fact that prostate cancer will affect every male if he lives long enough, he and his wife, Therese, took a great interest in Cowtown Crusin for a Cure. The car show is in downtown Fort Worth on the third weekend every September. It raises money for prostate cancer research, education and treatment.

Tom and Therese were instrumental in starting a car raffle for a new car each year at the show which is sponsored by Hiley Mazda.
