Joy Ann and Bob Havran both graduated from TCU. After college, they married and remained in Fort Worth to start their lives together. Bob is the president of Texas Bank Mortgage Co. and has been in that industry for over 40 years. He has served as president of the Fort Worth mortgage bankers and is active in the Colonial Country Club and the University Christian Church. Their son Blake is a Baylor graduate and is active in civic work, most recently with the Arts Council and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Joy Ann is a CPA and a busy community volunteer and fundraiser. She has served many organizations in leadership capacities including president of Jewel Charity. She was recently honored by Big Brothers, Big Sisters Lone Star's 22 county areas as Volunteer of the Year for her late son's educational initiative, The Barrett Havran Little Steps Big Futures Program.
